Important information for players from Bangladesh

According to the current legal aspects, users of the Planbet platform must independently verify that betting or gambling services are authorized by the laws in force in Bangladesh. To comply with the laws of the player’s country of residence, the company does not provide services to customers from countries under sanctions or that are included in the FATF list. 

The Planbet team reserves the right not to be responsible for the use of services to players in countries where betting or gambling activities are prohibited by the laws of the country.

Some of the main restrictions that players are not allowed to do on the platform include the following:

• Professional athletes, coaches, or referees are prohibited from betting for benefits;
• Club owners and persons influencing the outcome of an event are not allowed to bet, and in case of violation, the Planbet team reserves the right to block accounts without the possibility of recovery;
• The use of betting or gambling services on the platform is available to persons at least 18 years of age;
• Participation is prohibited to persons with signs or a history of gambling addiction.

Account Registration

When completing the registration stage, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, which will be verified during account verification. Only one account can be created per person. In case of violation, Planbet reserves the right to block all accounts created and any winnings made during this period will be forfeited.

Planbet reserves the right to verify a customer’s identity at any time by requesting official documents such as a passport, a military ID card, an ID card, and others.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit transactions can be made by players using Bangladesh supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfers. Withdrawals are made using the same method used to deposit, if possible. 

Each payment system has minimum and maximum transaction limits when selecting it from the available ones. To make a deposit, for example, through bKash, the minimum amount for a transaction is 300 BDT, and the maximum is 25,000 BDT. To withdraw funds via bKash, the minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 1000.00 BDT, and the maximum is 25,000 BDT.

When withdrawing funds, the platform may request the player to perform an account verification process without which the processing of the request is impossible. It is worth noting that clients should not use third-party payment systems to replenish their accounts.

Bonuses and Promotions

The Planbet platform offers regular bonuses and promotions for new and regular players from Bangladesh. However, all bonus offers have individual terms of use that need to be met to activate them. Therefore, before withdrawing funds from an account obtained through a bonus, such as a welcome bonus, the player is required to wager a certain amount.

Users are strictly prohibited from any abuse of bonus offers:

• Creating multiple accounts to get the same bonus;
• Coordinate bets between multiple users;
• Use of any automated scripts, bots, or programs that are designed to obtain bonus benefits;
• Intentional misrepresentation of data when registering on the platforms.

If at least one item from the list is violated, Planbet reserves the right to freeze bonus funds, cancel winnings, as well as block the player’s account without prior notice. The company also reserves the right to change the terms of current promotions and bonus offers, cancel the bonus without explanation, as well as suspend the client’s participation in future promotions if certain violations are detected.

Types of bets and their features on the Planbet platform

The main types of bets that are available to users on the Planbet platform it is worth highlighting the follows:

• Single bets. The player bets on one event and, in case of winning, receives the amount multiplied by a fixed coefficient;
• Expresses. A combination of two outcomes in one coupon. A successful bet requires all outcomes to win;
• System bets. The user makes a bet that includes combinations of expressions from selected events;
• Sequential bets. A unique type of bet where the outcome of one bet affects the following ones. All events are placed by the player in an order, where if the first bet wins, the amount of money received from this outcome goes to the next bet, and so on. If one bet loses, the chain is interrupted;

Several features are available on the platform to improve the user experience in betting:

• Betting Coupon Editing. On the platform, you can edit the coupon before the match starts, such as deleting or replacing an event, changing the bet amount, or adding additional outcomes;
• Powerbet feature. This feature allows you to temporarily increase the odds on one of the selected odds. This feature works for single and express bets. It is designed on the platform to warm up the audience to an interesting match during the day;

If an offender is detected, the company reserves the right to:

• Cancel winnings;
• Block the user’s account;
• Report the player’s actions to the relevant authorities within Bangladesh.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Planbet Bangladesh website, including logos, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Planbet Bangladesh and is protected by copyright. 

Therefore, any player on the platform is prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the site without prior notice or consent from Planbet. All content may be used for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Planbet is not liable for the following:

• Losses incurred by the player as a result of improper use of the platform and actions taken while using the platform services;
• Technical failures or downtime;
• Unauthorized access to the user account by third parties.

Remember that users who use the services on the platform participate in them at their own risk.

Governing Law

These Planbet Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In case of disputes, the parties agree to resolve them by negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Bangladesh. If either party loses, the player or the company agrees to pay compensation to the party to be agreed upon by the Bangladesh courts.

Modification of the current Terms and Conditions Planbet

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time by informing players of this action in advance. Users will be informed via the email through which the account was registered or via a notification on the platform. 

Continued use of the services after updating the Terms and Conditions of the platform means that the player automatically agreed to the changed items. If some points do not suit the client we advise to stop cooperation with Planbet to avoid negative consequences in the future.
